Where are you located?
We recently relocated to Dallas from Houston, Texas. But we serve clients all over the Dallas area and beyond, including Dallas, Carrollton, Richardson, Plano, McKinney, Allen and Frisco—and across the country.

Do you only do wedding calligraphy?
We are passionate about wedding calligraphy, but we’re not limited to that. With a background in digital advertising and marketing, we know a thing or two about creating memorable brands.

Can I hire you for my party?
Absolutely! We LOVE parties and will be happy to help you with custom decor and live entertainment.

Can I order a proof?
Yes, we provide complimentary digital proofs. If you’d like a physical proof, we can ship it to you for $10.

What’s your usual turnaround time?
It varies from project to project, but our standard turnaround time is about 2 to 3 weeks due to the handmade nature of our work.

Are rush orders available?
We can take rush orders based on availability. There is an nominal rush fee of 20–30% depending on your turnaround time and our bandwidth to take on additional projects.

What file format should I send?
We prefer Microsoft Word and Excel documents.

p.s. We will write everything exactly as you send it. That means if you have a typo the final materials will, too. If you have corrections, we’ll be happy to make them at our standard rates. (Unless you wait until the last minute, then we may have to charge a rush fee.)

What types of paper can you write on?
Thick, smooth paper is best, but we’re creative so we can write on just about anything.

Do you offer stuffing, stamping and mailing services?
Of course! Send us your envelopes, stamps and invitations and we’ll be happy to help you stuff, stamp and seal your envelopes. We can even help you with custom envelope liners. However, we’ll leave the actual mailing up to you.

Do you ship outside of Texas?
Yes, we ship to clients all over the country. However, you are responsible for delivery and shipping fees.

Do you charge sales tax?
We do charge 8.25% sales tax to Texas residents. It’s the law 🙂

When is my payment due?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. Once we receive your final payment, we’ll promptly ship your project.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard (processed through PayPal or Square), personal checks and cash. Although we wish we could accept cupcakes as a form of currency.
