But then, I decided to start doing something productive and helpful. I sewed face masks for doctors I know, my neighbors, and my entire extended family. I’m not a great seamstress, but the act of challenging myself and creating something made me feel better—I’m starting to feel a bit more like myself.
I know hearing the news every day and trying to figure out your new normal while staying cooped up all day can start to take a toll.
